Effective May 22, all applicants for GENERAL MEMBERSHIP must be sponsored by three IMGL general members — at least two who have been members for five or more years. Please make contact with the members you are listing to confirm their sponsorship prior to making application, and be sure to let them know when you have submitted your application. In the sponsor box on this form, please list all three names, separated by commas. All applications for AFFILIATE MEMBERSHIP only require one general member sponsor.
