A native Las Vegan and second-generation land developer, 
John
Sullivan brings a lifetime of knowledge and experience in the
Las Vegas real estate market to Territory Incorporated. He has participated
in the development of office and retail centers, as well as residential
and master-planned communities through the varying roles of owner,
investor, attorney and developer. Mr. Sullivan holds a Bachelor
of Science in Business Administration (emphasis in Real Estate and
Investment Finance) from the University of Southern California and
a Juris Doctorate from George Washington University. He is a licensed
Nevada attorney, unrestricted Nevada gaming licensee, and an active
board member of several community and charitable organizations within
Southern Nevada.
