In late summer
2005 Hurricane Katrina wrecked unimaginable destruction on the
US Gulf Coast, displacing entire communities and bringing the
economies of New Orleans and the Mississippi Gulf Coast to a
halt.
Not
surprisingly, IMGL members have been leaders among
thousands of gaming industry executives, employees, lawyers,
lawmakers and regulators who have dedicated themselves to
helping the Gulf Coast region emerge from the
devastation.
IMGL continues its
tradition of presenting timely, relevant information that is
invaluable to attorneys, gaming regulators and gaming
executives in the advancement of the gaming law profession.
The 2006 Winter Conference presents issues important to gaming
law professionals around the globe, and dedicates several
sessions to the people and companies who are rebuilding the
infrastructure and the soul of the American Gulf Coast.
