Anthony N. Cabot has practiced gaming law for over 23 years with an emphasis in traditional gaming law and Internet gaming, sweepstakes, and contests. Prior to joining Lewis and Roca, Mr. Cabot was a partner with Las Vegas firm Lionel Sawyer & Collins where he chaired their gaming practice. Tony is the past president (2004-2005) and a founding member of the International Masters of Gaming Law Association, Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Gaming Law Review, and is on the editorial board for Gaming Research & Review Journal and Cyberlawyer. He is the author of several reference books on gaming law and Internet gambling. Tony also currently serves as an adjunct professor at Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Tony is the principal author of The Internet Gambling Report IV (2000) recently released, covering the evolving conflict between technology and the law. It follows on the heels of Reports I, II and III, all eagerly sought after by the gaming industry. Tony authored Federal Gambling Law (Trace 1998) and Casino Gaming: Public Policy, Economics And Regulation (International Gaming Institute, University of Nevada, Las Vegas 1996), a 527-page book covering all aspects of casino gaming. Tony wrote "An Introduction To The Regulation And Control of Casino Gaming," a chapter in The Gaming Industry: Introduction And Perspectives (Wylie & Sons 1996), and is co-editor and contributing author of International Casino Law (Institute For the Study of Gambling and Commercial Gaming, University of Nevada, Reno, 1991, 3d ed January 1999).
