Dickie has joined Cadillac Jack as Senior Vice President of Business
Development and Government Affairs. In this role, Mr. Dickie also
has oversight of the company's Corporate Compliance department.
He joins Cadillac Jack from Shuffle Master, where he served as Vice
President of Compliance and Government Affairs since early 2004.
Prior to this, Mr. Dickie served as Executive Director
of the Cabazon Gaming Commission where he oversaw all Commission
accounting and internal control policies and procedures, NIGC regulations,
state compact requirements and commission rules. His professional
experience includes extensive casino operations, security, and surveillance
experience for gaming entities including Harrah's, Primadonna Resorts
and the Hilton Gaming Corporation.

Douglas L. Florence Sr., CPP is a
surveillance and gaming operations expert with over thirty years
of security management experience, and is the Director for the Gaming
Sector of NiceVision for NICE Systems. He was also the Vice President
of Gaming & Hospitality with API Pinkerton Gaming "APG" and the
Business Development Manager for Gaming & Hospitality with ADT Tyco.
During his career Douglas was the Director of Surveillance for The
Mirage Hotel & Casino and has worked with KPMG Peat Marwick as a
Manager for Corp Security and Gaming in their Boston office. As an associate with
Kroll Associates and Kroll-O'Gara, an international management-consulting
firm in their Manhattan and Boston offices he was responsible for
investigations in the corporate security environment. He is designated
a (CPP) Certified Protection Professional by A.S.I.S. International
(American Society for Industrial Security).
Douglas has extensive security management experience
within the gaming, retail; electronic security and private investigative
fields. His professional experience spans over thirty years and
includes over fourteen years of retail loss prevention with The
Broadway, Macy's, Bullock's, Neiman-Marcus and Grand Central Stores;
six years of electronic security consulting and over thirteen years
as a California licensed investigator. During his tenure of service
as the Director of Surveillance to the Rio Suite Hotel & Casino
in Las Vegas, he was instrumental in the development of the surveillance
and investigations' organizations still in operation there today
and the development of their surveillance and security systems.
And most recently he managed the retro-fit to upgrade the surveillance
and security CCTV systems for The Mirage.
He has been an active volunteer leader within his
community and the security industry, founding for ASIS Int'l (American
Society for Industrial Security International) the Standing Committee
on Gaming & Wagering Protection which is now in its twelfth year
of providing an educational resource to the industry, most notably
the G2E. He served as Chairman for the first two years, successfully
led the Committee to earn full standing status and was awarded Standing
Committee Chairman of the Year 1998 by ASIS Int'l. The Gaming Protection
Council as it is now called is comprised of Gaming Security Executives
from all over the globe inclusive of Canada, Australia, England,
the republic of South Africa, and of course, Atlantic City and Las
Vegas, with representatives which include the Native American Gaming
Industry, the Riverboat Gaming Industry, and the Cruise Line Industry.
Douglas was also a past Vice President of the ASIS Int'l, National
Foundation Board of Trustees. He is an active member of the Int'l
Masters of Gaming Law (IMGL, www.gamingmasters.com )
Douglas is frequently sought out for interviews and
has had numerous articles published in gaming and security trade
magazines. He has been a guest lecturer at the Casino Management
Association's certification series. As an accomplished public speaker,
he has presented seminars and instructional courses on the security
and gaming fields. The Security Industry Association (SIA) has utilized
Douglas' skills as a Judge for the New Products Showcase held at
the International Security Conference (ISC) East in New York and
West in Las Vegas, actively since 1994. He has been recognized within
the security industry as a leader and has consistently
contributed to the success of the companies who have employed him.

native of Las Vegas, Nevada.

Mr. Maheu is the
managing member of Global Intelligence Network, an intelligence
and investigations firm specializing in due diligence for regulatory
compliance in the gaming industry and other business sectors. Global
performs background investigations of corporate entities and individuals,
completing thousands of investigations in over 52 countries since
the company's inception. Peter is a licensed Private Investigator
in California and Nevada.
Peter has written several articles and lectured to
various organizations including the International Association of
Gaming Attorneys, World President's Organization, and the California
Association of Licensed Investigators on topics such as compliance,
due diligence and complex business fraud. Of special interest is
Peter's extensive research into the emerging gaming markets abroad,
with emphasis on organized crime.
Previously, Peter was the President of Trademark Protection
Services, a firm specializing in trademark and copyright infringement.
The largest firm of its kind in the United States, Trademark Protection
Services had over 30 reporting offices nationwide comprised of investigators
and attorneys. His clients have included The Hard Rock Cafe, 20th
Century Fox, Mirage Studios, and the Walt Disney Company.
Peter Maheu has had an outstanding career spanning
both the casino industry and investigative work. A member of Robert
A. Maheu Associates, Peter was instrumental in the management of
the extensive gaming interests of Mr. Howard Hughes in Las Vegas
as well as Mr. Hughes' other Nevada investments in real estate and
mining.
Peter Maheu has spoken at the Annual Casino Regulatory
Compliance for the past three years. He has also spoken at the International
Masters of Gaming Law Conference, the International Association
of Gaming Attorneys Conference and the World President's Association.
Peter has taught at the California Department of Justice
Advanced Training School on International Organized Crime and the
gaming industry and has addressed the same topic at the Under Sheriffs
Association of California, as well as the North American Gaming
Regulators Association, and the National Indian Gaming Regulators
Conference.
Peter is a member of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police
Department's Use of Force Board and is the President of the Nevada
Society of Professional Investigators.
