Henrik is working as an attorney at LETT's office in Kolding and is a part of the corporate practice.

Henrik is educated at the University of Copenhagen, and holds an LL.M. in international business law from the University of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia.

Before Henrik started with LETT, he worked with Danders & More and Magnusson Law Firm in Copenhagen for several years. Henrik has also worked internationally, as he started his career working for Höller Rechtsanwälte in Bonn, Germany.

Because of his background and through advising international and in particular German companies on various issues of commercial and corporate law, Henrik is very internationally focused, and has a great deal of experience with the challenges, legal as well as cultural and commercial, an international business faces when starting up in an new jurisdiction. As a leading Danish specialist in gaming law, Henrik is a member of the organization International Masters of Gaming Law, and he speaks at international conferences on gaming law related issues at a regular basis.

Henrik participated as a student in the 8th Wilhelm C. Vis International Arbitration Moot in 2001 for the University of Copenhagen, and Henrik has functioned as an arbitrator at the competition since 2004. Further, Henrik is now one of the coaches of the Vis Moot team of University of Southern Denmark.

Besides his work at LETT, Henrik is on the board of the Danish Association of Attorneys and Assistant Attorneys in Denmark (FAAF).
