International Casino Law
and Regulation Loose Leaf Service

For the first time ever, lawyers and other gaming professionals can access gaming law and regulatory papers from around the world in one place.

The International Casino Law and Regulation loose leaf service compiles the most up-to-date regulatory information written by members of the International Masters of Gaming Law, a non-profit educational organization composed of leading gaming lawyers throughout the world.

The loose-leaf service includes three volumes divided by continent of origin. What makes the literature important to gaming law professionals is that updated information is added and revised periodically, thus providing lawyers and other gaming professionals with content relevant to current business practice.

Each chapter is written by the leading gaming attorney in the jurisdiction. The chapters follow the same outline to promote easy comparisons of the laws of the different jurisdictions.

Volume 1: North America, includes Alberta, Arizona, British Columbia, California, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, North Dakota, Ontario, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. The remaining major United States commercial gaming jurisdictions will be added to Volume 1 in the second half of calendar year 2007.

Volume 2 compiles European jurisdictions currently involved in gaming, which include Germany, Isle of Man, the Netherlands and Portugal. The list of covered European countries will increase as gaming laws and regulatory structures change and expand into other jurisdictions.

Volume 3, called "Rest of the World," includes Macau and South Africa.
