Publication Policy

The International Masters of Gaming Law is a non-profit association of ABOUT US, gaming regulators, and gaming executives dedicated to the education, advancement of the gaming profession and the exchange of professional information concerning the local and global practice and development of all aspects of gaming law. To further this purpose, the Association maintains a website and encourages members to submit articles and papers for posting. The Website Committee accepts submissions in Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF format. The submitter of any proposed submission for the website shall confirm in writing the following:

(i) that the submitter grants to the International Masters of Gaming Law a perpetual, nonexclusive license to include the article on its website or in printed matter;

(ii) that the submitter owns and may legally transfer all right, title, and interest in the article, including copyright rights, and has acquired the right to grant this license;

(iii) that the posting of the article does not violate the copyrights, privacy rights, contract rights, or other rights of any person. In the event the article is published in another publication, the submitter warrants and represents that he/she has the right to post the article on the IMGL website, and that proper attribution will be given when necessary.

(iv) The submitter shall also agree to hold harmless the International Masters of Gaming Law for any claims of infringement of copyright or improper attribution of articles posted on the IMGL website.

Email communications from the submitter shall suffice as adequate written agreement, warranty, and representations to satisfy this policy. The Association through the Website Committee reserves the right and discretion to choose whether to post any submission.
